Classic Soy Milk Recipe


  • 2 tbsp Raw Soybeans
  • 1 date, pitted
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Note water determines thickness of milk. Thicker opt for 3/4 cup. Silkier thinner go for 1 cup.


  1. Add the ingredients to the Nutmixr.
  2. Fill water to 'Max' Line.
  3. Run through one 'Soy' cycle.
  4. 30 mins later, strain and pour into a glass, voila!
  5. Serves roughly 350ml.
