Classic Soy Milk Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Raw Soybeans
- 1 date, pitted
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Note water determines thickness of milk. Thicker opt for 3/4 cup. Silkier thinner go for 1 cup.
Steps
- Add the ingredients to the Nutmixr.
- Fill water to 'Max' Line.
- Run through one 'Soy' cycle.
- 30 mins later, strain and pour into a glass, voila!
- Serves roughly 350ml.
